Google Meet is now free for everyone with a Gmail address. They already have all of your information, so head on over, read their security docs and have your meet-ups. Security docs can be found here.
Update on Zoom. They fixed a couple of the problems, including the malware injection vulnerabilities.
They have NOT fixed a host of other problems, which are listed within the article at ThreatPost.
Tim and I did a long test on Jitsi and it's a great remote app available for many OS environments and it's open source. Not as fancy pants as some of the others, but it's a solid option, especially when you need something that takes security seriously. The project is funded by 8X8 who have a much larger selection of business products and it's completely free to use. I'll do a longer write up on it later.
